The intent is to have students be a part of the urban life of the city. They live in a small hotel on a hill overlooking the city center. Students commute to the Institute by a short subway ride and a five-minute walk. Living accommodations are in two and three person rooms that include study desks and a refrigerator. The hotel provides breakfast each morning and the area around the hotel includes a number of small and fairly inexpensive restaurants.
