Jean Marie Livaudais develops continuing education opportunities for design professionals and serves as the College's liaison to design professional associations and firms. She also coordinates the Design Guild, the College's membership support network of alumni and friends. When she began working at the College in 2000, Livaudais served for 2-1/2 years raising funds as the College of Design's advancement director.

Previously, she served as the SPCA of Wake County's first development director and worked for several years in development at the North Carolina Museum of Art. She has 15 years of experience working with donors and constituents. She holds an MA in arts administration from the University of New Orleans and a BA from Tulane University.
